At Dalcos Accident Repair Centre, our first priority is a quality repair with the minimum amount of fuss. We are proud of our reputation within the Smash Repair Industry, however if you feel we need to improve any part of your repair process, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly staff.

WARRANTY – as per Insurance Company requirements, we guarantee all repairs completed for as long as you own the vehicle. Should you have any queries or problems please contact our office immediately.

CLAIM EXCESS – Your claim excess is determined by your Insurance Company. This excess is payable to us on completion of your repairs at the time of pickup. EFTPOS facilities are available for your convenience. If you are unsure if your damage is under excess, please contact our friendly staff for advice.

Took my peeling, faded ute in, came out looking brand new. Absolutely quality respray job done, took care of everything including sourcing a new bumper etc. all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up with nothing else to worry about. Most of all, the customer service was superb, and the owner was pleasant and very easy to deal with. Highly inviting premises with a nice, cosy reception area, friendly staff and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended and would deal with again. ~ Jack Brian
